Activity Crimpable Stop / Archwire Stop
Commonly referred to as an archwire stop, the Lock is ideal for
adjustable or tie-back stop applications, spring activation, or for
prevention of wire migration. Ideal for tight spots that won’t
accommodate a tie-back bend in an arch wire, or in tight spaces
between wide molar attachments. The lock may be used with an
openwound coil spring as an adjustable activator allowing optimum
spring pressure to be maintained. The lock is fixed into place by
positioning the slotted bolt over the archwire and tightening the
nut with the specia wrench.
